Nina Pokorny

Nina is The Newmans closing coordinator for listings. She will work directly with the title company to order the title policy and special letters to the municipality. The mortgage payoff, deed preparation and closing package will be handled by Nina as well as finalizing closing statements and last details for a smooth closing.

Kristin Owens

Kristin supports The Newmans in their marketing efforts. Having Kristin coordinate marketing campaigns, listed and sold postcards, greeting cards, social media graphics and listing marketing allows the team to focus on working with buyers and sellers. Her attention to detail and marketing expertise are integral to our marketing plan for clients' success.
